After your form is completed, you will receive an invoice through your Charm portal for your selected membership rate.
An invoice will be sent annually with your selected amount. If you would like to change levels, please contact us.

I have learned many things building a healthcare model that operates outside of the norm, yet still engages with key aspects of the medical system, such as insurance. One of my main areas of learning is how challenging a different healthcare model is to sustain because it is in financial conflict with the existing medical system that incentivizes providers seeing as many patients as possible. This conventional productivity model is incompatible with my practice. I have transitioned my practice to a membership only model in order to provide unhurried, relationship-based, trauma-aware care that values quality over quantity.

Once you become a patient, you will be asked to complete all the appropriate forms and choose your membership amount. I understand that a membership fee may be alienating or unmanageable for some, therefore the membership fee will be a sliding scale.
